Finally quilting one of my own quilts that I pieced back in 2014 using my scraps of Kaffe Fassett fabric.
This quilt was completely improvised and so was the quilting!

It is so unique and the quilting is fabulous. What type of batting did you use?
Carolyn says
Hello Carol,
I always use Hobbs 80/20 on the bottom and wool on the top, that’s what gives it the puff!!

I love that you share such great work, I find it very inspiring as a beginning quilter. Can you tell me how you create such perfect circles? Is there a particular ruler you suggest?
Thank you
Carolyn says
Hello Tammy, I have circle templates that I quilt around, there are a few different ones on the market, I don’t think they would vary much. I brought mine second hand from a longarm quilter who added a computer to her longarm.
